Todd Miranda is a relatively new hire to the eCampus Center at Boise State University. As the Online Course Content Accessibility Specialist, he has melded the need for Accessibility and Copyright guidance into one person. Content used in master course templates created by the eCampus is vetted by Todd for copyright compliance and accessibility responsiveness. Redesigned copyright practices and procedures for eCampus, Todd has also formalized procedures for remediating content to comply with WCAG 2.0 guidelines for accessibility. In addition to standardizing and improving procedures and workflows, Todd enjoys redesigning a web app he created that consolidates comments tagged in Google Documents and researching how to make charts/graphs into Scalable Vector Graphic (SVG) files to create an interactive experience that he hopes will replace current static accessibility remediation practices for those charts and graphs.
