Summer Shetenhelm is an Archivist with the Colorado State Archives and will receive her MLIS from the University of Denver in June 2019. Summer's background is in archival description and arrangement, digitization, and education. Her goals as an information professional are to assist users in understanding their rights when using and disseminating scholarship and digital resources as well as advocating for open access. In her free time, Summer enjoys creating digital humanities projects like twitter bots and digital exhibits.
