Rebecca Ramsey is the Audio/Video Specialist & Lead Trainer at Indiana University's Center for Language Technology (CeLT), where she operates the center’s in-house recording studio and manages the center's vast collection of recorded materials for language education.  She holds a B.S. in Recording Arts from the IU Jacobs School of Music and is currently pursuing her M.L.I.S. through the Department of Library & Information Science at IUPUI.  In addition to overseeing multimedia, Rebecca assists and trains the IU language community with a wide array of technical and other needs, with special emphasis on copyright, fair use, and OER.
