Chelsee Dickson is the Scholarly Communications Librarian and Librarian Assistant Professor at Kennesaw State University, located in Kennesaw, Georgia. She holds an MS degree in Library and Information Studies and a second MS in Information Technology. Chelsee has worked in libraries for the past 9 years and is an advocate for open access, open educational resources, and intellectual freedom. She enjoys assisting members of the KSU community with copyright, fair use, and scholarly publishing questions.
