Rachel Bridgewater is a faculty librarian at Portland Community College in Portland, Oregon where she also serves as the main copyright advisor and educator for the college. She has taught copyright classes for ACRL, Library Juice Academy, and Emporia State University's School of Library and Information Management. She is the co-founder and co-facilitator of Copyright First Responders Pacific Northwest.
