The attitude of publishers towards Public Access Mandates has evolved in the last ten-plus years. This session provides an overview on one library's service to educate and support funded authors in complying with public access requirements while observing copyright agreements, beginning with NIH grant recipients, where compliance is a prerequisite for renewals and future funding. Alternate levels and models of support, based on staffing, will be considered. Additional information will be included on mandates by other government and private funders.
