To Use or Not to Use

Attendees to this session will review several fair use examples (modified from real-world occurrences) to answer the ultimate question “To use or not to use?”  And the answer will not be “it depends.”  Presenters and attendees will go through the details in each example to lead them to a decision.  This event will encourage discussion and participation.
