In this session we will engage around legal and pragmatic issues at the confluence of disability, accessibility, and copyright law. We will look more deeply at this unplumbed, but profoundly important node of activity. With the Marrakesh Treaty poised for support in and signature by the United States, it is an ideal time to consider how copyright law affects people who have disabilities.
