Elizabeth Brown

Elizabeth Brown is the Director of Assessment and Scholarly Communications at Binghamton University Libraries, part of the State University of New York. She has served in this position since 2009. This position leads activities in the Libraries in Assessment as well as Scholarly Communications including copyright assistance for the campus community. Previously she was Head of the Science Library and Science Subject Specialist. She received her MLIS from the University of Texas at Austin and has an MS in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Virginia. She is also active in the Special Libraries Association, most recently serving as 2017 Chair of the Physics Astronomy Mathematics Division.
